I had the pleasure of working with Keith Radcliffe while I was the Director of Environmental Services at Hilton Head Regional Hospital. Keith worked as the night time manager, supervising the cleaning staff and completing the essential function of patient room discharge cleaning. He was so good at both that he became known by the entire hospital in a very short period of time. He eclipsed the basics of the job to the point where he began filling in for me by managing the operations while I took more responsibilities.
Keith is a person that can do anything that he puts his mind to and he will not quit until the task is completed. His eye for detail and dedication made him an invaluable asset to the operation. He is a devout Christian, a dedicated father and a caring husband and all of these qualities show in his work.
Now the important part. I trust Keith, I have worked with thousands of people in my 20+ years in management and it is a VERY rare thing to be able to call someone trustworthy. His word is gold, regardless of the personal consequences.
If I could talk Keith into moving out to the west coast, I would hire him again.
